    My LRM is incompetent and slow with making postdoc offers. None have been accepted yet, scraping the bottom of the barrel now.

    Don’t offers continue through all of March? Hard to think it’s the “bottom of the barrel”.

    I don't think any LRM or higher are doing offers in March. It's one yr positions or VLRM at that point.
